Flush head sleeve anchors are masonry fasteners typically used to securing objects to concrete, bricks, and blocks. Their sleeves expand when the fastener is tightened, generating an excellent grip on the substrate. Flush head dynabolts have a flat top hex head, which does not allow the threaded component to penetrate it when fastenening, thus giving it a clean finish without a protrusion.
