Riveters, or pop-rivet guns, are hand-held tools used to install blind rivets to fasten materials together. The nozzle of the riveter is placed over the rivet’s mandrel as the rivet’s tail is inserted in the workpiece. By squeezing the handle, the tail is drawn towards the head, deforming and creating another rivet head on the opposite end thereby fastening the materials in between. Riveters are usually used in construction and other metalworks.
