Drilling Hammers also called Club Hammers, Lump Hammers, or Hand Drilling Hammers, are essentially small sledgehammers used for driving cold chisels or stakes and in light demolition works. Club hammers are comfortable to use with one hand due to their short handles and the weight of their head is usually enough to deliver sufficient force without straining your hand. Engineering Hammers are short-handled hammers that were traditionally used for locomotive repair. They are commonly associated with heavier Peen Hammers.
