Conveyor Rollers

Conveyor rollers are cylindrical drums with shafts that are mounted in frames of unpowered or gravity roller conveyors, as well as in powered roller conveyors and roller tables. Their shafts are normally spring-loaded for ease of installation and maintenance. These rollers directly support objects as they traverse the conveyor from one process to another and are made up of either steel drums or of propylene for increased friction. Typically, conveyor rollers are spaced in such a way that three rollers are touching a load at a given time. Conveyor rollers are commonly used in manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, and logistics operations.
