Hydraulic presses, also known as shop presses or Bramah press, uses a hydraulic system to produce compressive force for forging, clinching, moulding, blanking, punching, deep drawing, and metal forming. They have a piston that works as a pump, that provides modest mechanical force to a small area of the workpiece. Hydraulic presses are commonly used in the manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace industries to name a few.
