ABOUT THIS CATEGORY
Pan head screws have wide heads resembling an upside down frying pan that are generally used in fastening flat materials. Their wide head with high profile enables high torque application during installation to prevent cam out. They may be used in fastening components in machines as well as securing flat materials to timber. Pan head screws come in different head types including Phillips and Torx that can be driven by an appropriate screwdriver. Pan head screws are available in either metric or imperial standard sizes.
