Captive Nuts

Captive nuts, also known as clip nuts and cage nuts, are self-retained fasteners ideal for joining thin materials. They are designed to clip or snap-in holes or edges to hold the nut in place and to provide a fastening joint thru mating with an appropriately sized bolt. Captive nuts are generally used in mounting rails and various product assembly operations.
