Toho TECH0103 1T 3m 240V Single Phase Electric Chain Hoist

The Toho single phase electric chain hoist runs on a standard 240V supply and is built in 1 tonne (single fall) and 2 tonne (twin fall) capacities, each with a 3 m or 6 m standard lift. It has Grade 80, 7.1 mm alloy steel load chain, an electronic load limiter, thermal overload protection and limit switches at the top and bottom of travel.

The manufacturer states that the range complies with AS/NZS 1418.2. The hoists are rated to working class M4 and are not designed for continuous all-day duty or for use in flammable, explosive or corrosive environments.

Key specifications

All models: 240V, 50Hz single phase, 1.2 kW motor, Grade 80 alloy steel load chain. Hoists can be re-chained to a required length (limits apply).

Selecting the right option

The 1 tonne models lift at 6 m/min on a single fall of chain and the 2 tonne models at 3 m/min on a twin fall. Choose the standard lift that covers your lift height, and ask AIMS if you need a non-standard length. Lifting equipment must be used within its marked working load limit (WLL), inspected before each use, and selected and used in line with your site lifting procedure and the relevant Australian Standards.
