Sutton H127MP4 TCT Downlight Holesaw Set - 6 Holesaws 41-92mm

The Sutton H127 MP4 is a multi-purpose TCT downlight holesaw set with 6 holesaws (41, 54, 64, 70, 89 and 92 mm), each with a 54 mm cutting depth. The set also includes a quick-release arbor and two pilot drills, 9 pieces in all. It is designed to cut timber, hardwood, softwood, MDF, plasterboard, compressed fibre cement sheet, cement sheet, plastics, ceramic tiles and abrasive materials.

The TCT teeth are designed to cut 5 times faster than conventional bi-metal holesaws in timber. Deep cut-outs allow swift, easy core ejection. The set is packed in a space-saving hang pack with the sizes clearly marked.

• Downlight cut-outs in plasterboard and ceiling sheet, plus cable and pipe holes.
• Applications include DIY, trade, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, general contracting and woodworking.
• One pack with the common downlight sizes, so the arbor and pilot drills are on hand for every hole.

Using the holesaws

• Keep the drill speed moderate and the pressure steady. The teeth do the cutting, so avoid forcing the cut.
• Withdraw the holesaw from time to time to clear dust and chips, and use the deep cut-outs to push the core clear.
• Wear eye protection and a dust mask suited to the material, particularly when cutting fibre cement sheet, cement sheet or ceramic tile.
• The quick-release arbor takes 1/2 UNF and 5/8 UNF holesaws. For one-click changes between holesaws, fit One-Click adaptors (H122 8013 for 1/2 UNF, H122 8016 for 5/8 UNF), sold separately.
