Sterling 690-1 18mm All-Metal Auto-Lock Snap-Off Cutter

The Sterling 690-1 is a silver all-metal auto-lock cutter for 18mm snap-off blades, with a die cast body, an extra thick stainless steel insert and a blade snapper on the back (manufacturer-stated).
