Ninja Maxim DexTec Gloves, Large (NIMXDTNFTGYE00L)

The Ninja Maxim DexTec glove has a soft, flexible DexTec coat dipped over the palm and a fine gauge synthetic liner for a snug fit. Ninja's data sheet lists grip in dry, wet and oily conditions, high abrasion resistance, a coat that lets air through, and low particulate shedding for contamination sensitive applications (manufacturer-stated). The coat is black over a grey liner and the glove is 25 cm long.

Ninja gives EN 388:2016 4121A, which is abrasion 4, blade cut 1, tear 2 and puncture 1, with a cut result of A (manufacturer-stated). Blade cut level 1 and cut result A are the lowest levels, so this is a grip glove and not a cut resistant glove. Ninja lists applications as automotive, construction and infrastructure, warehousing, manufacturing and agriculture (manufacturer-stated). The EN 388:2016 result (manufacturer-stated) is read in the order abrasion, blade cut, tear, puncture and then a cut letter from A to F. A higher number or letter is a higher level, a 0 means level 1 was not reached, and an X means that test was not done. A P at the end means the impact test was passed. Match the glove to your risk assessment, check the fit, and replace gloves that are worn, torn or contaminated. The ratings are test results on the glove material and do not describe every hazard on your site.
