This Koyo deep groove ball bearing (shielded) is built on the most popular rolling bearing type. Deep, uninterrupted raceway grooves in the inner and outer rings carry radial load and a certain degree of axial load in either direction, at high speed. It carries a metal shield on each side (ZZ type) and is pre-lubricated, so no greasing is needed.
The bore is 75 mm, the outside diameter 105 mm and the width 16 mm, with normal (CN) radial internal clearance and boundary dimensions to JIS B 1512. Koyo bearings are made by JTEKT Corporation.

Selecting the right option
Check the bore d, outside diameter D and width B against your shaft and housing.
The basic dynamic load rating Cr relates to bearing life under rotating load, and the basic static load rating C0r to heavy or slow-turning duty. Compare the limiting speed for your size with the shaft speed. The speeds shown are the grease lubrication limits.
The ZZ shield is a non-contact type, with small friction torque, good high speed performance and good grease and dirt sealing. JTEKT rates its water resistance as economical, so choose a rubber sealed bearing where water is present.
Shielded and sealed bearings are designed for use with the inner ring rotating. Contact AIMS Industrial before using one with the outer ring rotating.
Fitting and use
Fit the ring that has the interference fit first, and press only on that ring, never through the balls.
Do not relubricate: the bearing is pre-lubricated with an appropriate volume of grease. The standard type runs from -30°C to +110°C.
Where axial load is large, make the shaft shoulder and housing shoulder larger than usual.
