How to Indicate Your Order Is for 'Pick Up In Store'

Important:

  • The pick-up option is only available for Sydney customers.
  • You will only see it if you enter a Sydney postcode (eg. 2000).
  • Your order will need to be picked up from our warehouse at 88 Bryant Street, Padstow, NSW 2211.
  • Once your order is ready for pick up you will receive a text message. To avoid disappointment, please DO NOT attempt to pick up before you have received a text from us. If your order is urgent, please give us a call.

 

If the billing address and shipping address are the same

  1. Upon checkout, fill in the fields under the "Billing information" section.
  2. Enter your Sydney postcode in the Postcode field.
  3. Select your location from the Suburb/City drop-down list.
    • The State/Territory drop-down list will be displayed as "New South Wales" by default.
  4. Under the "Shipping method" section, on the Ship order to field, select Billing address.
    • The shipping methods for your billing address postcode will be displayed.
    • If you entered a Sydney postcode for your shipping address, you can choose the Pick Up In Store option. (If this option does not appear, please double-check that you have entered a Sydney Metro postcode in the Delivery Address.) 

We will contact you via SMS when your order is ready for pick-up.

 

If the billing address and shipping address are different

  1. Upon checkout, fill in the fields under the "Billing information" section.
  2. Under the "Shipping method" section, in the Ship order to field, select Different address.
    • Additional fields for your shipping address will be displayed.
    • The shipping methods for your billing address postcode will be displayed.
    • If you entered a Sydney postcode for your shipping address, you can choose the Pick Up In Store option.

We will contact you via SMS when your order is ready for pick-up.

 

This pick-up option is, of course, free of charge.

Due to current NSW Health restrictions related to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we are unable to offer counter sales support. We can only allow pickups for Click & Collect orders.
