• Excision XDP1000 Soluble Coolant: A water-soluble (emulsion-forming) cutting coolant for general machining operations including milling, turning, drilling, grinding, and sawing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. XDP1000 is mixed with water at the appropriate concentration for the operation — typically 5–10% for general machining and up to 15% for heavy-duty operations. The emulsion provides simultaneous cooling and lubrication at the cutting zone, carrying heat away from the tool tip and flushing swarf from the cutting area. Formulated for use in machine sump systems with a biocide package to resist bacterial and fungal growth that shortens coolant service life and creates unpleasant odour.
• Excision XDP2000 Semi-Synthetic Coolant: A semi-synthetic water-miscible cutting coolant providing superior lubrication performance and extended coolant sump life compared to conventional soluble oil emulsions. • Excision XDP905 Cutting Fluid — Neat Oil: A neat (undiluted) cutting and tapping oil for low-speed, high-pressure cutting operations including tapping, reaming, broaching, threading, and gear hobbing where a water-based coolant cannot provide the extreme-pressure lubrication needed to prevent tool welding, galling, and built-up edge on the cutting tool. Neat oils are applied directly to the cutting zone by drip, brush, or squirt bottle rather than by flood or mist, making them suitable for bench and manual operations where a machine coolant sump is not present. XDP905 is suitable for use on steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and most engineering metals.
• Excision XDP116 Aluminium Spray Mist: A specialty spray cutting fluid formulated for aluminium machining and forming operations where conventional soluble coolant or neat oil can cause staining, smearing, or built-up edge on aluminium workpieces.
