Sutton 24 x 280mm D671 SDS Max Masonry Flat Chisel

The Sutton D671 is an SDS Max flat chisel for general purpose chiselling and breaking work. This range has 4 sizes: 24 x 280 mm, 50 x 360 mm, 80 x 300 mm and 115 x 350 mm (width x overall length).

The chisel is made from high tensile steel, and the toughened steel and cutter geometry are designed for long life and fast, efficient work. The shank suits SDS Max rotary hammer drills. The sand-blasted finish is an environmentally friendly production method with zero heavy metals.

• General purpose chiselling and breaking work in concrete, brick and masonry.

Using the chisel

• Use in an SDS Max rotary hammer drill in hammer-only (chisel) mode, with the rotation switched off or locked, as the tool allows.
• Keep the chisel in line with the tool and let the hammer action do the work.
• Check the shank and chisel tip before use and replace a chisel with a damaged shank or tip.
