• MSA Rare Earth Pot Magnet A Series — Countersunk Centre Hole: The A Series pot magnet features a countersunk centre hole for flush screw-through mounting to jigs, fixtures, tooling plates, and structural members using a standard countersunk screw. The countersunk profile allows the screw head to sit below the magnet face, ensuring full face contact with the target surface for maximum pull force. Available in multiple diameter steps from 20mm to 75mm with pull forces from 8kg to 130kg — specify the diameter that delivers the required holding force at the available mounting screw size. Widely used for workholding fixtures, sensor mounting brackets, and removable tool holders in machining and assembly jigs.
• MSA Rare Earth Pot Magnet B Series — Straight Hole: The B Series pot magnet has a straight-through centre hole for bolt or pin mounting in applications where a countersunk profile is not required or where the magnet is held by a through-bolt with a nut on the reverse face. The straight hole geometry suits structural mounting of larger-diameter high-force magnets where the mounting bolt must carry the mechanical load separately from the adhesive or magnetic retention force.
• MSA Rare Earth Pot Magnet C Series — Male Thread: The C Series pot magnet has a male threaded boss projecting from the rear of the steel housing for screwing directly into tapped holes in jigs, fixtures, and mounting brackets. The male thread eliminates the need for a separate mounting fastener and allows rapid magnet installation and removal in modular fixturing systems where magnet positions are frequently changed. • MSA Rare Earth Pot Magnet D Series — Female Threaded Boss: The D Series pot magnet has a female-threaded boss on the rear face for accepting a threaded stud, rod, or attachment. The female thread allows the magnet to be mounted on the end of a threaded rod for adjustable-height magnetic pickup tools, magnetic gripper arms, and flexible-reach magnetic handling accessories. The female thread also accepts threaded hooks, eyes, and custom attachment fittings for bespoke magnetic handling applications.
• MSA Rare Earth Pot Magnet E Series — Complete With Hook: The E Series pot magnet is supplied complete with a swivel hook attachment for direct magnetic hanging and suspension of loads from ferrous overhead structures including painted steel beams, purlins, and structural members. The swivel hook rotates freely to align with the load direction, preventing bending moments at the hook root. Suitable for hanging cable management conduit, temporary lighting, safety signs, and light tooling from steel overhead structures without drilling or permanent fixings. • MSA Magnetic Workshop Swarf Wand: A hand-held magnetic swarf wand for collecting steel swarf, turnings, chips, and ferrous debris from machine beds, coolant trays, and workbenches without direct hand contact with sharp-edged cutting debris. The wand magnet collects swarf on contact and releases it cleanly over a waste container by retracting the internal magnet with the handle mechanism, keeping hands clear of swarf edges throughout collection and disposal.
