The Bramley rod bender is a simple, easy to use rod bender with a capacity of up to 16 mm mild steel rod. It now has 50, 60 and 80 mm rollers.
When bending deformed section reinforcing bar, the effective diameter of the rod is increased by the deformation pieces, so the capacity is reduced.

Selecting the right option
Check the rod diameter against the 16 mm capacity. Deformed reinforcing bar has a larger effective diameter, so allow for a reduced capacity. Contact AIMS if you are unsure which Bramley machine or attachment suits your material.
