The Bossweld Silicon Bronze Copper Alloy MIG Wire is a precision layer wound wire for inert gas arc welding of copper, copper-silicon and copper-zinc base metals, to themselves and to steel. It is classified AWS A5.7 ERCuSi-A (manufacturer-stated).

It has high ductility and lower strength, so it is easy on thin and delicate material. It is widely used in the fencing industry and for surfacing areas subject to corrosion. It comes in 0.8, 0.9 and 1.2 mm on 5 kg and 13.62 kg spools.
