Bossweld MIG Torch BZ15 2.5 m Direct Connect, Suits M100 | 92.ER.M100DC

The Bossweld MIG Torch BZ15 2.5 m Direct Connect is the replacement torch for the Bossweld M100 MIG welder. It is an air-cooled Binzel 15 style torch for panelbeating, sheet metal and light fabrication.

It plugs directly into the M100, so it is not a Euro-connect torch. A complete MIG torch connects the wire feeder to the arc. It carries the welding current, shielding gas and wire, and the amp rating is quoted at a duty cycle: a rating at 60% duty means the torch can weld at that current for 6 minutes in every 10 before it needs to cool.

Selecting the right option

Choose the torch by the current you weld at, the cable length you need and the connection your machine takes. A longer cable gives more reach but a heavier, stiffer lead, and the connection (Euro or bayonet) has to match your wire feeder. Pick the torch style that matches the consumables you already stock, so tips, nozzles and diffusers stay interchangeable.
