The Bossweld Inline CO2 Heater is a 240 V electric gas heater that connects directly between the CO2 cylinder and the regulator. It warms the CO2 before it enters the regulator, which helps prevent the regulator and hose freezing under high flow.

CO2 cools sharply as it expands, so a high-flow draw can ice up the regulator and make the gas supply unstable. The heater has a chrome-plated brass body that resists corrosion and a Type 30 inlet and outlet. It runs from a 240 V supply through a 10 amp plug and holds a stable CO2 flow up to 10 m3/h at 15 degrees Celsius. Warranty is 6 months.

Selecting the right option

Use the inline heater when you want the heater between the cylinder and the regulator. If you would rather clamp the heater on the regulator stem, the Bossweld CO2 Spigot Heater is the other option.
