Bossweld Binzel Style Heavy Duty Contact Tips M6 x 28 mm fit Binzel style MIG torches that take M6 x 28 mm tips. They are supplied in 0.8, 0.9 and 1.2 mm bores, and each pack holds 10 tips. Tip dimensions: M6 thread, 8 mm body diameter and 28 mm long.

This is a Heavy Duty tip, intended for demanding industrial MIG welding where a standard tip wears out quickly.

Selecting the right option

Match the bore to your wire diameter: a 1.2 mm wire needs a 1.2 mm tip. Check the thread and length against the tip you are replacing, because tips from different torch styles can look alike but will not interchange. Replace tips when the bore wears oversize, the arc becomes unstable or the wire starts to stick. If you are unsure which tip your torch takes, contact AIMS with the torch model before ordering.
